February, March and April bookings – we are following government guidance with regards to travel restrictions. If there are restrictions in place for your date of arrival we will offer a full refund less £20 booking fee or a free transfer to a later available date.

If you would like to cancel or transfer your booking before restrictions are in place normal terms and conditions apply ie deposits are non-refundable and balances/full payments may be part refundable if we can relet the week. We are happy to transfer bookings to a later available date (£20 admin fee applies)



From 26 December, until further notice, all parts of Scotland will be in Level 3 or Level 4 so travel to or from Scotland without a reasonable excuse is not permitted.  See exceptions for a range of examples of reasons for which travel is permitted.


These restrictions are due to be reviewed on 31st January 21


Please note we are now taking new bookings for 2021 but please contact us regarding changes within properties for example some properties may ask you to bring your own linen and towels, some have different arrival and departure times.


From Friday 25 September, people from more than one household (or extended household) must not stay in self-catered accommodation together while the current restrictions on indoor private gatherings are in place. This includes accommodation such as a caravans, flats and holiday cottages. If you are staying in a hotel, bed and breakfast or similar accommodation, you should not have more than one household (or extended household) staying in each room booked. Some areas of the UK have other special measures and local restrictions in place.

Do not book a property if you are breaking these restrictions


*If you are unable to take your holiday due to Covid-19 travel restrictions in your area or Covid-19 travel restrictions in the area your holiday property is situated the owner will offer to reschedule your booking or you will be refunded in full less the £20 booking fee*


There are changes to the ferry timetables from Oban-Craignure  but we also have the Lochaline-Fishnish and Kilchoan-Tobermory routes to the island if you have any difficulty getting a booking for the ferry.
